A mental breakdown is when a person has a mental health crisis that overcomes their emotions.Signs of mental breakdown are Anxiety and depression.There are a-lot of ways for one to overcome it.There are ways like:Therapy,medication,meditation and self care.Mental breakdown is a serious crisis but most people take it lightly it would be best if one sees the signs and stop it before it gets worse.My way of overcoming mental breakdown is listening to music.Yes,Music is therapeutic and it helps🙏🏾❤️.
